Massillon ASA Softball Quarter Auction – September 19th, 2015

I wanted to share some pictures of the display table and gift baskets that I made for the Massillon ASA Softball Quarter Auction, which was held last Saturday, September 19th.  This was the first Quarter Auction that we have participated in.  It was a lot of fun, and we helped to raise a lot of money for the girls’ softball program.   I provided two gift baskets, one was Spaghetti Night, with several kinds of pasta and sauces, and the other was Date Night, with games, movies, snacks and drinks to share.  

The table was laid out with some decor from a recent wedding, some of the fun props that we can provide for photo areas at events, a sampling of the candy buffet items we offer, a couple of place settings, our literature, and gift certificates that were available for sale.  We are looking forward to making connections with many of the people that stopped by our table and chatted with us and picked up our cards and brochures.
